Ground recessed lights are decorative lights, produced with a high degree of protection and in different types. The interior type of these lights are known as floor lamps. Step-side lights are also in this category. These lights are purely decorative and are used extensively in urban decoration. IP68 or higher levels of these lights can be used in swimming pools and water features. Also certain types of wallwashers can be built as ground recessed lights.
